Worst College ever..There is nothing like rules and policies.Don't Pay salaries to employees. for months.Total politics environment.Just playing with the future and career of educated people..Better to stay unemployed than doing job at this college

Lot of politics.Dont pay salaries.As if workers are not doing and doing social service.They pay salaries to their employees after 4-5 months as such as if they are giving any donation to any temple.Worst organisation ever.

No motivation for innovative practices, salary always late. No HR policies. Too much work load. No focus on learning and research

Career growth zero. Increment zero. Work life balance nil. HR policies nil

Job security & growth was good for a few top level positions, the salary was excellent and work-life balance was also good.

Dislikes

...e management was involved to some extent and there was no culture of innovation. Salary backlog of minimum 1 to 3 months existed. Getting gratuity almost impossible.
