Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The Company is committed to Safety, possess a Zeal for Omanization and readily adopts excellence and has a sound client base in Oman in different sectors. Another plus point is that we work happily and enjoy freedom. I also like the Team work here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high due to resource crunch. Few Top management professionals spread toxic culture. I do receive appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed by Management. Also, there is no on-job training, hence senior Managers like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
