Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.

Nothing to like. Senior management and other staff is incompetent for any role. It all works on who is who’s relative

Overall good company, gives salary on time, this company provides all the requirement on time, site management, resources location good

Before 2015 work culture , salary was OK , access to senior management was good and whatever is conveyed due consideration was given. Take team along now more "I" culture started instead of " We". Too many policies / formats are in place which can be reduced.

Dislikes

No there is no job Security, No increment, Appraisals are just a formality, politics as usual, no career growth for expats, work life balance is also not good for project people, Leave cycle for site persons are not uniform and site working varies from department to department. Company work culture spoiled when one group of people joined from other company (Punj Llyod). Before in Galfar you enjoy your work while working now it is extra load or you can unhealthy environment to work.

Good work company policies are good Quality work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
