There are many training programs in the company like safety training, quality, skills development etc. I got to learn a lot from all these training programs.

Dislikes

...management is not transparent in the company, there is a lot off discrimination. Policies have been made in the company but they are not implemented honestly, whenever any salary increment, bonus, or anything is given in the company, then there is lot off discrimination, due to which the morale of the honesty and hard work decrease.

I am working in Galfar since Sep. 2015 to till date, there is very good work environment, good management, good policies, but due to covid pandemic very less project is going on by this job is not to too much secure.

Dislikes

Only one thing is that compensation and promotion not similarity for all employer due to some politics

Harassment to employees Poor work culture Poor Management CEO & his blind followers unable to understand the basics of construction & how to control & assign works. Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.

Nothing to like. Senior management and other staff is incompetent for any role. It all works on who is who’s relative
