A small junior developer or fresher can also go and talk to President of GALE anytime and as many times without any hesitation. what else company's leadership role can look like. Even in tough times of COVID where entire economy was shattering , we did not get any impact due to economy slow down. HR is very humble in nature. Your effort is recognized and paid of pretty well without even asking for it.

Good for freshers to start. At a time there were few smart people worked there so was great working with them and got to learn a lot from them.

Work culture, leaders are aware but it seems they don't care about it.

You will get a very good team, but no work. They say you will get project but none. If you want to relax in the office without work then go for it. Dont expect career growth here. Company without goals and vision.

Dislikes

No good projects, they say they are agency will do all projects. But no projects at all. Company which was saying we are not for Indian market, Now begging at Indian market for projects. Overall Company is in Downfall state.
