Absolutely trash. Toxic culture. They have a policy of WFH one day/week but managers would not allow. Politics at it peak.. executive and managers afraid of higher management. Managers not able to take care of their own team members because they are afraid of higher management people. No speak up culture.. if you do your job is in risk. If anyone applying still good luck with that

Absolutely trash. Toxic culture. They have a policy of WFH one day/week but still managers would not allow instead they will ask you too take leave and waste your leave because you are WFH. Politics at it peaks.. Executive and managers are afraid of Higher management. Managers not able to support their own team members because they are afraid of higher management. No culture of Speak up. No work- life balance. People travelling 50-60km still they don't have sympathy or kind nature towards them and asks to be in office all 5 days. And when they ask for WFH for one day.. they make a issue about it and ask that employee to take leave and waste that leave. Wow!! Increadible management. If you love toxic culture then please join this company.

Too much Politics. RSMs are good for nothing. Only job is to Buttering HO people and torturing the Subordinates. HO Thinks Sales force as Labor. Very Poor HR policy. People loose job if they escalate any incident to higher level. Not at all safe for Females. Buy the tag of Good place to work Tag every year.
