Company is really well structured and has immense potential! It is good company with amazing facilities. Facilities 1. Car pick up and drop 2. 2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off (not every mechanical or engineering company provides this kind of holidays) 3. Total paid leaves 2.5 per month which comes to 30 holidays. 4. Amazing traveling policy. 5. Increments are above industrial standards. 6. Holidays on all major and minor Indian festivals and national days. 7. Insurance coverage. 8. Mobile Maintenance charges and free data for companies number 9. Company has great potential to grow. And many more! (Note- I am not in HR, nor am I trying to show wrong pictures, 100% genuine feedback) Cons - office politics in some departments.

Compony is good but in operations underqualified person having top position in management. To save his position he do not let any skilled to let stay. Torture a lot, at last due to harrasment people leave organization. Expect Operation All other departments are doing well.. As per my information 5-6 People resigned from operation department during covid due to harrasment.. and now ther are finding others to destroy there life be careful...
