Manufacturing side work environment, partiality, dirty culture towards females employee, no appreciation for good works, gossiping nature of general manager of manufacturing unit, no career growth for enthusiastic and engineering minded people, dirty politics and unprofessionalism in purchase department, few vendors are fixed for years,HR's involvement is not allowed by GM of the manufacturing unit. There are strategy defined by anil prajapati for purchase department that they change whole teams in every 2-3 years duration. Education is not important for this firm. Unprofessionalism at it's pick.no job security

Cheap Level Politics by Branch office. you have to travel on daily basis avg 70-100Km. Dont have Proffessinal manners of branch people. dont have respect bottom level employee. Delhi office culture very bad.

Work life balance due to alternate saturday off. Provides training and opportunities to learn by COO and HR activities for people engagement and CSR activities.

Work culture is very bad. Operarion head is biased and production oriented.. he is the worst boss i ever worked with. He doest not value good talent and likes only who agrees in whatever he says.. he is culprit in making galaxy name bad.. if he is not there is the company, galaxy would be best place to work. Politics, harrassment, mental tortoure, no job profile given, underrated work., only production and sales is important, no systematic and planned work, other departments are under lot of pressure..
