On of the greatest things that I will have to say about the company is the job security, working with Galaxy gives an opportunity to remember that tomorrow is being catered for. While this sounds as an accolade, the area of staff training is however not taking with keen by the management as staffs have to go through extra mile to getting themselves upgraded in their chosen career. Politicking also one of those factors that is not also neglected, I want to believe that this is a natural phenomenon in most place of work but right here, it is being added with tribalism and nepotism. Work environment is fine but needs improvement for better service rendering by staffs

Dislikes

Compensation is descent but growth is slow. The work pressure is not very based on the various technological tools deployed to making job roles easier.
