In this organization there nothing bro like worst organization.

The person who has gap in his/her work experience before joining this organization don't even think to join the company they will never fulfill you expected salary they will try to negotiate but not Even try to match salary. The hr policies are worst if you are working in US shift 10 hrs and Indian shift 9 hrs there is to much partiality. I can't see none of the behaviour like MNC . No event no extraordinary training no time on salary no facility no promotion and notice period for each and everyone is 3 or 2 months. There is to politics and selfish ness.
