New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Till the time you are working well in company, your job is secure. You will get timely salary.

Very low salary, no bonus or increment. No work life balance, long hours, you will be called and emailed even on leave. Too much company politics, your support is more important than performance, many good hardworking employees terminated because don't have support from seniors.
