worst work culture no supportive staff manager always shout if you take 1 leave they deduct 2 days salary, if you take 2 leave they deduct 4 days of salary if you take half day they deduct whole day of salary yo cant talk to each other they think every employee should be under their control if you go for washroom more than 5 min they shout like hell cannot take break more than 30 min, if your break exceed more than 30 min they deduct from salary they track records how many time you take break, how many time you go washroom no respect to employee kindly avoid this org. do not join

This is a good organisation for freshers who have no hope of getting in to top companies. You will get to learn a lot of things from technology standpoint since this is an OEM.

In terms of compensation this is like a a very small organisation and pay is very less.

...ge to gaining knowledge on how network security works, with hands-on experience. People are very helpful and salary is always given on time, in fact received increment and bonus during covid times. A boon for learners. If you want to grow knowledge and specially in network and data security, this is the company.

Nothing that I can think of, only that top management is too humble and grounded. Probably they need to be a little more strict with people.

...ou like hell, 4.cannot take break a single minute above 30 min in whole day, 5.if you became a single minute late they will deduct your salary 6.they make us work like a donkey/slave 7.No respect to employees 8.list goes on n on kindly avoid this org. 9.No week off on Saturday they will make you work 7 hours on Saturday and frame it has half-day

...o personal grudge, after your exit from company HR dont respond to your call....too many deductions in salary if you are late.
