The Company doesn't have a proper Structure and work load and expectations are very high and nothing good about the organisation. Its an terrible experience all together. I suggest not to join the company as they simply waste time.

... the worth here and its a nightmare for every employees working in this company. They trouble you so much during the relieving and makes huge scene to escape from paying the last working month salary and issuing relieving letters.

No pluses for the company. As a new employee one might feel taken care of by the company for a short while, generally until probation ends. You might also get to travel under normal circumstances depending on the department you’re working in.

1. No clear management structure. Need better structure for proper functioning of the firm. 2. The HR rules are company biased, with no benefits for the employees. 3. Appraisal and performance bonus have no clear and set basis for evaluation and generally happen on favouritism. 4. The deliverables are not well defined during the entire course of work tenure. 5. No proper and clear communication with the management about projects and employee grievances. 6. Management needs to become more employee centric to reduce the attrition rate in the company.
