The school is fantastic and provides good facilities. The training seminars are held many times throughout a year. Work environment is also very good. The school thinks about creative activities and one cane develop various new skills. The personal interview is held once in a year to measure the satisfaction of employees.

Dislikes

...have nice people but some are total depended on others and not participate well. The new employees who are freshers, get the same amount of salary as we get. By doing group, individual work is not seen and doesn't get appriciation. During the exams, too much stay back is headache, the work is not pre palnned. Suddenly, asking the work to be done. It should be managed by the supervisers well.

The school timing is good and we don't have to stay back if we complete the work on time.

Dislikes

They do not have proper management as everything happens at the last moment, then everyone has to run and suffer. No proper planning and guidance. Leaders should have the quality of proper management which is missing. Good teachers are not appreciated and low category people are also not scolded. All is equal, so it gives negative impact. The old teachers and new teachers, hard working teachers and lazy teachers get the same salary increment. No equality in workload like arranging the lectures and classes.
