Very poor work culture, internal politics, different rules & regulations for different kind of people, No transparency, underpaid employees, After work is done no value for the employee, Poor & micro management, narrow minded peoples in management, Very much unorganized & unstructured, not a employee centric company. High level of nepotism, Owners' relative & chamcha giri people are paid well. No value of hardwork & smart work. Dear job seekers please don't spoil your carrier to join Gajanan Ferro Pvt. Ltd.
