Likes

Very employee centric and gives you opportunities to grow. Lot of employee perks. Good health insurance coverage which includes opd. Good management team. Lot of fun activities.

There are only dislikes in this office..no good things..no work life balance

Dislikes

There is no work life balance..there is no job security.simpley they will hire and they will terminate after few months saying you are not capable some stupid reasons.there is no encouragement to employees..one manager in MDM team in bangalore location is not capable of understanding the client requirements and spoils all the projects asks employees to work overnight without providing food or travel allowance and still management is keeping him in the office.if you cannot work overnight you will be terminated directly.its just a group of one language people who dominates in office.one advice is please terminate that manager and try to keep good employees who are really worth

One if the only pros of working at gain theory is that people are very good and supporting in general apart from a few exceptions.

Nothing is actually worth mentioning

Dislikes

Company doesn't care about employees, biased and everytime delays hike for more than 6months or so. Not at all a good place to work and will not recommend this company to anyone.
