The good part is compensation which is provided but there is inadequate manpower to meet the expectations of management

Job insecurity behaviour among senior management. High expectations but low support. No work life balance.

Management is very cooperative, providing required trainings for knowledge building and individual development. Work life balance is maintaining while working with Gabriel. Work in Gabriel is like work with family.

Salary scale should be improve little bit.

I am training period working in 10 month over Gabriel India limited company is good company but working very hard traveling is facilities good environment good and career not bright work life is just good

...safety very carefully. 5s management is top class. Working place is excellent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Supportive teammates and the management is transparent.

As such nothing but as a trainee a lot of hard work to gain skill and sometimes having load.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
