...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its very valuable work place to learn few things , improving skills , knowing different languages and speaking with different states of people's and their culture , Training programs are awesome that's enough to say .

After resignation need to work for 3months from L1 level.Otherwise full salary need to pay.This in not at all good only.After resignation rules and policy no display any places. Nobody don't know the policy also.

Being an employee of this company I feel proud because of it is 3rd position among all automotive industry in India.Job security is well and try to maintain high quality products for customers satisfaction.

No difference between senior and junior operating Engineer and salary scale is not so good.

Average... Although there is lot of things for learning. But pay scale as compare to other companies and your work experience is too less. Less growth opportunities & hard criterias to grow up even to have an increment of 2K .
