...safety very carefully. 5s management is top class. Working place is excellent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Supportive teammates and the management is transparent.

As such nothing but as a trainee a lot of hard work to gain skill and sometimes having load.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The environment here is very lively to work in.This company is India's first company to have prepared the shock absorbers.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. A lot of partiality occurs amongst the individuals or employees.

The company has very good work culture, l liked to work with the organization.My colleagues come from various cultural background and we worked happily in collaboration.That was my first job and I learnt more there.
