The company is awarded great place to work certification for last four consequent years , the certification is given to any organisation after survey being conducted by GPTW organisation every year with many industries where all employees needs to fill the survey and based on that award is given on certain scoring parameters.

Likes: 1 Exposure and Responsibility, You got the ample opportunity to work on major projects 2 Behavior and supportive nature of colleagues 3 Transportation facilities 4 Easily accessible Leadership Teams 5 One of the best company might be your growth is not like as your other peers who is in different company but the peace is there if you are in corporate. 6 Easy work not the rocket science , You see peoples even failing in simple tasks so if you are hard working and smart then you are not going to face any difficulty. 7 EHS Head over there is best in every aspect. Lots of things to learn from them.

...safety very carefully. 5s management is top class. Working place is excellent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Supportive teammates and the management is transparent.

As such nothing but as a trainee a lot of hard work to gain skill and sometimes having load.

The good part is compensation which is provided but there is inadequate manpower to meet the expectations of management

Job insecurity behaviour among senior management. High expectations but low support. No work life balance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
