After resignation need to work for 3months from L1 level.Otherwise full salary need to pay.This in not at all good only.After resignation rules and policy no display any places. Nobody don't know the policy also.

...safety very carefully. 5s management is top class. Working place is excellent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Supportive teammates and the management is transparent.

As such nothing but as a trainee a lot of hard work to gain skill and sometimes having load.

The good part is compensation which is provided but there is inadequate manpower to meet the expectations of management

Job insecurity behaviour among senior management. High expectations but low support. No work life balance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Average... Although there is lot of things for learning. But pay scale as compare to other companies and your work experience is too less. Less growth opportunities & hard criterias to grow up even to have an increment of 2K .
