One of the Worst Vice president of company i have seen in my entire career. He has zero knowledge about Mining operations he doesn't listen your words & work planning he always demands production targets abusing employees alot. He doesn't have single quality of his position.

They don't need any kind professional talents of you, just say yes to management decisions & in return get scoldings and professional discrimination for their faults,,,there is a fellow Named NIMESH BAVSARI in a higher position without knowledge he decides everything (DUMB FELLOW), He tourtur people like anything.
