Salary is credited on time. Lunch and cab facility as per seat availability.

...environment is negative. 7. If you miss marking attendance on portal in advance. Your salary will be deducted and if you do not want that, take approval from India head. He's a control freak. 8. There are no employee benefits. Even during covid times, we were asked to come to office after the first lock down. 9. No work from home policy under any circumatances. 10. If you want WFH, you can apply leave amd work. 11. They are not ashamed on cutting salaries of employee. 12. There attrition rate of indirect staff (security guards come under direct staff) is above 30% I can write a book on dislikes. I will not recommend this place to my friends. Let this be your last option.

Dislikes

Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

The salary timing is good . They will not hold or deduct your salary.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very bad, everyone join & due to high work pressure they ran away within amonth . No policies were followed or parameters maintained, just some employee suck the boot of the boss to get promoted or stay in this company forever without doing anything. No training at all you have to know everything by your own, if you wanna ask someone to get help they didn't borthered about it .
