Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .

Only payment they will pay every month 7th nothing else good also I can recommend they provide good training to the team.

We are really not having any job security in G4S No HR are helping anything even they will not call employee to understand their issues and situation or ask for feedback about their roles in their tenure, I am really so upset with this procedure, I don't know whether I had made any big mistake asking for salary hike and without any notice they througn out from senior position.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. not adequate manpower. forced to work in under pressure. there is no value for humanity. they looking only for profit not given importance for employee welfare.

It's a good company and salary provided on the time, company culture and rules and regulation is good there is no any deference like govt job i feel is going good

Salary agreement is not good annual beond of g4s but carrier would be good if we do this job there is some political keep on evey unite ang one important things there is not any facility to transfer the job to Delhi and other state
