... where employees used to get a chance to learn and grow within the organization. Although, salary increments are very average but it comes on time and proper employee leaves system is there which makes it employee friendly organization.

Dislikes

In last few years the organization culture have become very different and now it doesn't value the work of an employees and their contribution in the growth of the company. Due to ruthless attitude old employees are treated badly and don't get monetary benefit. Being one of the biggest MNC firm the HR department should review it independently (no business people involvement) the old timers issue and provide support during job and after the retirement. Hope to take the feedback positively and work on these essential and important things.

Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.

...no recognition and no support. Unrealistic expectations and threatning language. Salary issues and conveyance not paid on time.

G4S is a good guarding company and has to pay salary at time and management is good so we can trust on it,

Mostly everything is unsatisfactory. The pay, work culture is bad, poor management, poor policies, unsatisfactory appraisal. Overall rating 2/5.
