There is no salary date. It may come any day. HR also not sure why salary is delaying Job security is not there.. If you are in bench anytime they will terminate. But you will get 3 months advance salary

G10X is a very good organization in terms of Career Growth and Work Satisfaction. Management is extremely supportive and transparent. They also have a very good training program for the freshers that helps them get ready for the bigger challenges in life.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now. Probably they can consider having a tie up with some day care centres for their employees which will help more in worklife balance.

A company with good vision and work culture. Good place to start the carrier, provides lot of opportunities for freshers. My learning and work experience with _G10X is amazing. Offers flexible carrier opportunities for employees.

Not many positives to add because of my limited experience dealing with them but the interviewer who took my technical round was laidback yet professional and the first round of interview felt more like a conversation between two Business Analysts than an interview, which is how it should be.

Dislikes

Rating G10x down because I had an unfortunate experience, wherein I cleared technical interview only to be told that the project was on hold "for the time being". I could only assume that they judged my profile because I am from Delhi (although Kerala is my native), and they wanted someone from Kerala, which is fine.. but they should have the etiquette to call and inform, instead of simply leaving an email that the position was on hold. I don't wish to reveal further details on who the recruiter was, and I understand that at the end of the day its not the recruiter's call, but disappointed nevertheless.
