G-Rank has a vibrant community who are dedicated to work and celebrate on the same level. The management is empathetic enough to understand your needs when required. We will be having team building/fun activities on the end of each month which was a pleasant surprise, helping us to improve our bonds. I worked on a diverse tasks from simple web pages to somewhat complicated applications that gave me lot of insights on integrations. On top of this I had the flexibility/time to research on new development environments possibly helping me now or in the future. As someone who is looking forward to get started in development so far the journey is progressive.

At the end of the day I look for balance in all aspects, so the holidays are less when compared and the packages are not satisfying enough to look for a long future.

If I had to mention something, It would be the occasional challenge of balancing multiple projects at once. However, I view this as an opportunity to grow in time management and prioritization skills. It's not a major issue, but something that can occasionally become overwhelming. Still, the support from the leadership and team members make it manageable. Overall, I have no major complaints, and I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to join in G-Rank.
