Our GP industry is a very big plastic industry. I don't know the exact turnover of the company but we have many factories all over in Nigeria. I am working in a deferent wing were we are doing aluminium cast scrap melting and making Ingot's. Job is secured if we are loyal to the company and sincere. It having a good culture ed management. We as a employee coming for a period of 18 months contract .over a period of time we will get up to 60days leave it is Lop. We are getting the up and down travel tickets from the company side.

Dislikes

I want to busy with my interested work field with a good returns with awards and rewards. But here I am doing a deferent work which is not interesting and no motivation and no encouragement.Career growth is also slow.Management actions are very slow . I want management has to believe on my capability and to give me the responsibilities ,but management does not entertain our issues directly.
