Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...ees. There is very bad office I ever seen. There is no facilities in the office. Company policies are made to harass the employees and appraisals not done every year some time after 3 years they do appraisal, appraisals are not fair and they give very poor salary hike and they don't give bonus also.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is slow. As per company policy they fired you any time in mid of the month also and they don't give full salary of that month only give those days salary you have worked. If you are leave the company you have to give 1 month notice period and serve the 1 month notice period.
