...ees. There is very bad office I ever seen. There is no facilities in the office. Company policies are made to harass the employees and appraisals not done every year some time after 3 years they do appraisal, appraisals are not fair and they give very poor salary hike and they don't give bonus also.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is slow. As per company policy they fired you any time in mid of the month also and they don't give full salary of that month only give those days salary you have worked. If you are leave the company you have to give 1 month notice period and serve the 1 month notice period.

Wrost place , No one here to Give you growth...Old aged bosses...old thinking...MD is good ,But The surrounding of his is not Great. They Dont even give a decent hike, Untill U Are not Footlicker...!
