The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base like L&T, HPCL, BPCL , etc and export in Nigeria, Canada and Thailand also. And another plus point is that my colleaguescome from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

The company is open to innovation and adopts new technology. G M valve one of the best company for working at daily new making a relationship with new supplier and vendors. All employees work happily and honestly.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Management do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
