I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Pros On time salary Clean campus No much work load

Dislikes

Cons -No work-life balance. -No increments for years & years. -No support from HR. He makes fraud in attendance & deducts salary for no reason. -HR won't give you a joining order/offer letter even if you say 50-60 times. -Any time you will be called and ask for not to come from tomorrow. -If you resign for any reason, you will experience hell on earth for your clearance. -They provide free laptops for college work but later they charge big money while it's in good condition. -You have to prove your presence even if you have biometrics and you worked. -Ask students' fees weekly on call. -No quality is required only clerical skills will be entertained for professors.
