It was great working with G.L. Bajaj. I learned many things here . My Hod and teammates were very good, helping and supporting. It was my first job so glbitm is very special to me. I served the college almost 10 years and I enjoyed working there in MCA department.

Dislikes

...nly private organazation which provides 1.5 months maternity leaves. And that 1.5 months salary is provided only when u join the college back after 1.5 months. I always thought that teaching is the most respectable job but here in glbitm teaching staff is treated as daily wagers. Administration and top level management do not value their teaching resources. Appreciation and motivation factors are very low. Along with teaching, teachers are required to make calls to students parents/ gardians for their reports which is sometimes a pain.

Nothing, Working culture is highly ridge and the HOD of ACSE Department is always ready with the innovative ideas to make the faculties life hell. No one can survive there for long time. So there is actually nothing to like about this institute.

Everything, there was not even a single thing to like about the GL Bajaj, and i highly recommend everyone not to join such a collage if anyone wants to grow in their career.

VERY POOR LEADERSHIP OF URVARSHI MAKKAR. NO HR POLICY AVAILABLE. UNDER HER DICTATORSHIP 36 TEACHING & NON-TEACHING STAFF WERE REMOVED. THE OWNER OF THE INSTITUTION HAS NO CONTROL OVER THIS PGDM INSTITUTE GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF MGT & RESEARCH (GLBIMR), GREATER NOIDA. WITH FOLDED HANDS, I REQUEST THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY NOT TO JOIN GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF MGT & RESEARCH , GREATER NOIDA. A HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL INSTITUTE AVAILABLE AT GREATER NOIDA.

HIGHLY DISGUSTING WORKING ENVIRONMENT. DICTATORSHIP OF URVARSHI MAKKAR AS DIRECTOR GENERAL. VERY POOR HR POLICY. ONLY EXPLOITATION OF FACULTY MEMBERS. ANY TIME DURING TRIMESTER ANY FACULTY CAN BE REMOVED BY MAKKAR.

In few departments the management team they don't know which work is suitable for which team they don't have much staff if you selected you have to do all the things which is not related to your work and if Dont have any skills but you good in English your salary will be like meri company hai lot li beta, if doing good but any how madam ka mood off kiya to get out, without any reason they also beat there employees in the front of entire collage I have seen this incident in front of me so make sure if you going to join speciali in the PGDM, get all relevant information before join
