Good work environment and teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good and there is no career growth. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign it is an oral instruction . There is no appointment order , pay slip and increment in this company. On the job training is not given to new joiners. The management are forcing the employees to work in there higher authorities house. They are treated as Masonry slave.

poor management,lack of coordination,irregular supplies of products,salary and expenses of sales staff are not in time. even they didnot get mostly.
