I am currently work GHRCEM Pune. This college don't provide to computer or laptop. College have not security of laptop and personal item. College environment is very good. All professor is support to any time.

I had not like quality of teaching. I want to very nice salary.

Nice to work over here good work culture supportive staff and assistance. To grow our knowledge and skills it is the best place. Here studying environment is great and lots of innovative things.

Dislikes

I like this university.Some people are not doing work properly for that purpose we can't blame the university. Here many upcoming technology we can see and learn with the help of many software engineer.

No support from college side. They terminated us from 1st April, 2020. Even after termination, we took online classes for students and also did other academic work and took online exams. We did everything for free. Worst experience from their side, to terminate us in such crises.

Dislikes

They did not support us during Covid crises. We worked really hard for the whole academic year, still no recognition from their side. There is no mental peace working here. For the whole year, the working hours were also extended and sometimes they even used to call on Sundays. We obeyed all this, but they have shown their true colors during this pandemic situation. Worst experience. Not employee friendly.

Best College in my life...But due to HR policies it is not safe for work. There is no any grantee of job. but college are good in infrastructure and all facility. colleagues are also best work culture also best i work here 6 years during this year i saw different staff in every year so it is difficult work new people in every year. my humble request to management people don't remove staff. Ho. chairman Mr. Sunil Raisoni Sir is Best Person in my life who always support to staff and motivate all.

Only HR policies. during my 6 years i seen new faculty member every year. they also remove good and hard work staff. feedback given by this college to upper management is not properly. due to fee amount admission is less.

Hitlershahi attitude of Director, no security of job, mental harrashment, no confidence by management, overburden, mid night hostel visit with no security
