If you are fresher , you will learn a lot of new stuff but your learning curve must be good. If you have 1year+ exp then too you will learn lot of different aspects of coding. Quality of tasks given is good. Team members and lead are friendly.

Dislikes

Very poor management and salary. Work and task given doesn't match given salary. Freshers gets exploited often. They say alternate Saturday but it works according to how bank work. Very less holidays even on official public holiday it is working. There is no proper HR , it gets changed and they don't have authority over thing other recruitment.

nothing at all , work culture is screwd up, they wont provide salary on time, dont give experience letter on time, all is handled by CEO , all HR and manager are puppets , they jus need their work done , but if u ask for salary slips experience letter they have endless excuses

The only part I like about company is they offer work from home which gives little flexibility.. but sometimes because of this work life balance also get disturbed because there is no official end of office hours.

Dislikes

There is lot of work pressure from founder and the salary which they offer is below industry level considering location and experience. Also in appraisal there is no scope of increment from 5-10% from existing salary. The sad part about appraisal is that they ask you to sign bond if they're increasing someone's salary.

culture they don’t appreciate your work office time is 10 to 7 but ceo wants employees to seat till 12o clock and expect next day you should come on 10 am once your years is complete they give you silly reason and fired you
