View from the window which has saved me from jumping right out of it.

Dislikes

Head of departments have no working experience regarding their departments. They think they are the masters but reality is that they are there due to their rich mutual circle with the bosses. That applies same to the companies clientele. That's not an issue, but if you are thinking of joining here to grow your career, thats NOT gonna happen. You'll end up getting depressed for months thinking something will happen cz thats what they portray as an illusion.
