I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Only thing that I liked there was the team. People were amazing, except for the management.

Dislikes

No clarity on what they are planning to do. All interns who have no idea about who is going to mentor them, and how will they progress further in their career. If the company is not able to afford experienced candidates, they should at least conduct regular sessions so that the interns could learn something. Not just interns, even the other employees are struggling. I do not want to disclose my identity here, but think twice before you plan on joining here.
