... yo aubmit the id card and sim but i told her please consider me with some days. But after that she keep my salary on hold. When i asked her why then she told me you are being marked as abscond then i told ger maam but i told you please consider me with some days. She told me no. After that she told me she will release the salary if i submit the id card and sim card i have submitted it. But then someone from management called me and said that its because they want id and sim they hust bluff that we will release your salary. Currently now no one is picking up my calls and didn't even revert me on messages. This company has low maral values they didn't understand what is empathy I comsider you to stay away from this firm

i like my job,my collegues are also helpfull and friendly.

even after working for more than 5years and doing overtime they did not raise my salary for 4years now they did raised my salary but it was not enough and in the lockdown peroid i used to work for 12hours and i even got typhoid because of stress and doing over time i almost died in that dieseas but my company did not even look at me and i am still working in that company because i have pay my bills and want to feed my family i dont have problem doing overtime but the thing that bother me the most is that they dont pay me enough i hope that they will take a action towards this thing ( galaxy cloud kitchen)

... your performance or anything doesn't matter. No support once you leave the job. Your salary stays on hold start from your 1st day of notice period. I had around 2 months notice period i got the fnf and 2 hold salary after 115 days. That's how worst they treat you once you're leaving and nobody cares once you have left. That's how worst my experience was. I would not even suggest i enemy over there.

Company gives you good holiday leaves and it also understand your situation and provides work from home accordingly.

Dislikes

...ork every year. No promotion, instead of promotion they will hire new candidate. Don't provide any bonus. You have to ask for it. Internal HR are not at all supportive they never receive your call never reply your text messages, not even revert on mail. And when you drop an email for it, then you get a call from them. After resignation you have to inform internal HR team 4-5 times to provide you your resignation letter and experience letter. Company is great but the internal people working in spoil the company name.

...ammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. Salary is very low.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is very slow.
