Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Just salary part which was given on time.

Its not a company like structure, it's just home where the CEO/ owner comes and orders us to work on some projects and keeps on smoking side by side. While there no proper channel of communication with the manager nor the CEO nor anyone just we have to communicate verbally. If something wrong happens they will blame on you coz nothing is written or communicated properly using fixed channels. It's all in all verbal. They don't even have proper infrastructure to accomodate their employees. No parking, the sirji culture exists here unlike other corporate offices. The manager here has zero manners. There is no fixed time for anything here.
