I have never sit at head office so I do not have much idea

The most worst things are they never provide salary slip to employee. At the time of exit there are no any proper guidelines it totally depends on HR mood how you tackle them. They make lot of drama when employees asked for experience certificate. When employee sitting on client side then it is very bad experience for him at time of appraisal person neither pic your call nor reply your email.

Dislikes

There is no value of policy and so no job security. Company policy is 3 month notice period but they stretch is even more for people don't like. Company policy is complete WFO but to selected people they secretly give WFH. I requested for work from home due to family reason but was ask to resign. But based on personal favouritism they give WFH also which is against their policies. Company cant stick t their own policy here. Only come to suffer. Many such policy Breach they do.

Under strict and experienced leadership, you will get the chance to learn a lot which may become the backbone of your career ahead. Good Job security. you will get the chance to work on Innovative and bleeding-edge solutions. Overall, a great place to learn.

Dislikes

low salary, often hard to deal with seniors, and slow adaptation towards a modern development stack. but if not under urgent need of financial growth, a great company to upskill.

... Every month follow ups on work culture by Nivedita N. Great work life balance. Salary was credited on time with no delays . Each and everyone (sharada, Swathi nagpal, akhin, Nivedita, etc) in the team are very supportive Its one of the best Man power companies I have been associated with. The management is quite supportive, thus creates a positive environment to work with.
