There is absolutely nothing to be liked about this company, you will be hired as a frontend guy and will be forced to work in backend, and vise-versa.

Dislikes

Too much dependencies on third party immature insecure tools and frameworks. Only one way to get promoted or get an increment is to do brown noising.

Bad work culture and lots of politics. Top management people sometimes use abusive words for the employees. They have not given salaries during COVID-19 which is still pending. No innovation. They only copy-paste from other products.

My 1 and half year was a total waste. 0 appreciation be it verbal or monetary. Co-employees will always bring you down, your potential will be questioned always, you will feel degraded, 0 work and life balance, so much of politics that has the capability to compete with any political party.

Work culture is good and gives a lot of flexibility in terms of exploring new technology. Being a product company with good growth possibilities. The company running a business for the last 11 years successfully. Job security is good, I worked with members who are working with Futurescape for longer than 5 years.

Not as such except office space is a little tight, but now it's work from home.

Likes

The best part of Futurescape Advertising is the Management people who are really good by heart and understanding. You get to learn lot of new things here along with good work culture. Work life balance is amazing no late working hrs no stress.

Dislikes

Here the Managers or seniors keep changing which is why there is not much growth or stability factor.
