It's a very new and small company. Work life balance is very good and office staff is very friendly. Any beginner who wants to step into finance world can start here. After learning and gain some some knowledge you can shift to another company.

1. No job security, but there are people working more than 10 years. 2. If you make loss continuously, you can go home next day.

Bonuses were great. The work was interesting and the amount of learning totally depended on you. No office politics or such.

Dislikes

No job security. The amount of money you were bringing in was somewhat based on the markets you were trading in, and your worth(even the designation and promotions) was dependent on it, and not the experience or knowledge you had.

Really love to give comments on what I liked, unfortunately this company is far away from getting to that position. I strongly desire this company goes into the darkest of times which eventually turns out to be the closure of the entire company.

The Gurgaon Office branch head (Prashant Rajput) and the proper pay coach (Atish Katyal) are the most terrible individuals with whom anybody can begin their professional career, The purported stupid rationale and fat thick mental notions that these morons have in their minds clearly goes to show that they are highly incompetent in analyzing any particular traders work style. To get into the trading profession, it's my suggestion to get an MBA from top IIMs and get into bulge bracket banks be it MNC banks or Indian banks. In the work insights, partners who are only 1-or-2 years senior consider themselves to assume they are highly superior humans and they are so reluctant to converse with and guide junior traders. In addition, the workplace culture is totally desolate, dull, and loaded with imbeciles. At present, the Bangalore office is the only one anybody can join, the rest of each and all other branch heads are insane and mental cases.
