Very Good Company to Work With. I was communicated about my joining in Future Tech and deployment in MSIL. HR team and CAD Team were very supportive. Training provided in my probation period was helpful for me to work in MSIL. MSIL is 5 days working.

There is nothing in this organization which you can like.

Worst management. Senior associates are not ready to help their juniors and always want to share data of Indian Navy and if you decline to do so; then they give you warning that disciplinary actions must be taken.

Job security is good. I have not seen any employee being fired in Future Tech Design. They have good clients around Delhi NCR area.

Dislikes

I don't have anything major to dislike FTD. The FTD is still under growing company.
