There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.slike

Future supply chain is good company for experience people's who have experience in logistics or wherhouse systems. But fresher candidate not growing 2,3 years. Company environment and safety was good. Huge level politics. Continuously innovation but 3PL person can't grow up in this company. In that case you have 2 year experienced people in future group then you switch company then you grow up definitely.

I am 3PL person in future supply chain. About salary! Salary is fir amount you can't grow up your salary if you continue 2year or 3year salary fix can't grow.
