...ob . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Before I joined management will confirm working time is fixed but when joined duty is 18hrs on daily. I have informed to management but they didn't taken care. That's why I resigned my job.

I am enjoying to work not only boss but also the people i work with. I learn fro this job to handle pressure and inventory management.as most important to improve my productivity. Also schedule is very well as per decided time..

Issue only in Salary..the associate salary is lowest..and increment have given very low..

Everything is Dislike here , Better to work in other company even if you earn little, No one is there to appreciate your efforts and No promotion even if you work for 100 Years !
