...ing secure very much there. Management didn't support at all. Monopoly is there. Salary deduction are there from last five months more over no support from senior management. No one havevthe guts to question to upper management me total fallier in senior management seen. Every one secure his job.

Total failure company pathic mangement, most dislike thing is HR of the company who never support any body.

I like everything at futuregroup i was working in west zone store all zonal employee help to each store and very friendly and kalm nature very helpful persons working overe there over all a good experience and environment with future group.

The only dislike is that i was working there 8 years i got promotions but i didnt get salary growth as per expectations.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Salary does not come on time.

Good company I had good experience here ,management was supportive, salary was good no work pressure so much ,friendly environment, organization helps people for grow and gives the opportunity .growing organization and giving chance to fresher and prmotion to the old employee which was great part
