The company is one of the backbone of the retail industry. Job security is there but career growth is not so much good. Appraisal happens rarely. Most of the time we have to travel on our own cost. Politics is a part of corporate life so its a daily cup of tea everywhere. I have got a bunch of very sincere teammates. I have also got few lot of experienced senior and colleagues who are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. I don't get week off frequently, but those weeks off that I'm not getting are often unnoticed. There is no proper schedule for a fresher candidate who is in on job training. There is a very much lack of planning of the administrative team that where do they place an employee. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time's.

...is was the first company in my history there was two different employee policy . At the time of joining they said your salary will increased but after six month working they said you have two work at least one year in this company also i seen so may parties organize for store manger in Noida Corporate in the front of backend employee but they never invite for joining the same party. This was the first company in which i have not seen holiday calendar. Company should think about employee for better company growth and future.

The fact that we are posing as front-line workers and store staff is doing a great job. Customer satisfaction is like a cherry on the top. Organisation has not been highly supportive in these tough times.

Dislikes

...ours; expected to be available 24*7, including weekends. Zero work-life balance. Huge pay cuts and no job security. Miscommunication between colleagues causing confusion wrt job roles. No job satisfaction.

I like everything at futuregroup i was working in west zone store all zonal employee help to each store and very friendly and kalm nature very helpful persons working overe there over all a good experience and environment with future group.

The only dislike is that i was working there 8 years i got promotions but i didnt get salary growth as per expectations.

...h future group ' i had work with group aprox 6 year it was owsome time for me I was handle entire warehouse oprations by self 5 year but the salary increment .... I was left the company due to only my salary issue .future group is awsome for work enveirment
