The only good thing Future Placement has given me is quality learning in the field of HR.

Dislikes

Compensation is low, growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. On a single individual they will pile up all the work pressure where as other employees will enjoy a gala time without delivering a single work in an entire day. An individual's unique strengths are taken into consideration but later taken advantage of by pressurizing. Appraisals are there but I never got one and still due on it. There is no working environment and hence employees come in and go out in no time . There is no longetivity in the company.

This company is totally froud. They conduct a very simple interview & given a fake offer letter . (In general view offer letter is real but when you go through it so many terms and conditions over here) . And the quickly said that you send 20k money for next procedure. This company is totally froud company don't go .

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
