...s of the business. This guy is always at some place pretending as in meeting. - Salary and Growth is not dependent on your performance. It is dependent on the political parties success at the elections and other new global High Networth money launders. The more money laundering they do in Middle East, they secure better contracts. - Workplace in India is a mere dummy as per the global office. No independence, innovation, all the time the Indian staff has to be ready as a punch bag. - Non-working unethical laggards will be carefully and keenly selected as Directors, CIOs and as a CFO. - If you have too much Ego, Strength and blind will, then this is the place to work.

Company culture is undoubtedly excellent. Many kind activities also organised weekly once. Relationship between each employee is very friendly. Very comfortable to keep balance in your job and personal life.

Dislikes

There is no salary hike last two years for each employee. Promotion also very rare to see.

I am working in this company from past 3 years. Good working environment , We can learn so many things like work related stuffs or related to life also. One of the benefit is we have job security. U cannot loose ur jobs easily.. Career growth also is possible. One of the best thing i got from here is team mates. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
